3. Introductory Conversation
If your profile matches the advertised position, we’ll schedule a brief introductory phone call. This will give us a chance to get to know each other and address any questions both sides may have.
4. Additional Documents
If necessary, we’ll ask you to provide additional documents such as:
- Resume
- Employment references
- Degrees and certificates of continuing education
- Optionally, a recent photo
5. In-Person Meeting
Next, we’ll invite you to an interview at our office. During this meeting, you’ll also get to know your future team.
6. Contract Discussion
If it works out for both sides, we’ll discuss the contract details and lay the groundwork for a successful collaboration.
